The Nokia N97 is powered by the Nokia BP-4L Battery with 6.6 hours talk-time and 430 hours standby.Along with all major features like 3G, GPRS, GPS, HSDPA, Java, Bluetooth, A2DP, USB and WiFi ,the Nokia N97 has a 5-megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics,32GB memory(up to 48GB) and the latest Series60 5th Edition OS.It has a slide-out QWERTY keypad and a large 3.5-inch touchscreen display.

The Nokia N97 is a high-end multimedia phone with 3.5-inch 640×360 pixel resolution display.The N97’s 32GB of internal memory with microSDHC support will hardly let any space shortage in it.The tilt-up display is a comfortable typing position than the flat sliding phones.The QWERTY keypad and the touchscreen will make sure that there is no restriction in writing text.The 5-megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss Tessar optics is nothing new or big thing but anyway you are not buying just a camera phone.Overall the Nokia N97 is a sexy high-end multimedia phone.

Today Nokia announced a bright new addition to their CDMA portfolio, the Nokia 2608. With its high-gloss exterior, racy stripe down the middle and three colorful options, the Nokia 2608 fold phone was designed for style enthusiasts and consumers who want convenient functionality when they’re on the go.

Whether it’s fuchsia with pink stripe, silver with green stripe or black with blue stripe there are choices for expressing individuality. In addition to the eye-catching exterior, consumers can personalize their Nokia 2608 by using the pre-loaded ringtones and wallpapers or by downloading new ones.

When it comes to being practical the Nokia 2608 offers easy to use functions such as quick touch access to one’s PC, using the phone as a modem; a voice recorder for capturing those key thoughts and an integrated speakerphone for conference calls on the run. The practical Nokia 2608 is also the lowest priced browser offered in Nokia’s CDMA portfolio and features a quick-press flashlight, FM radio, LED indicator light that blinks when there is an incoming call or message waiting and an option to send a business card or calendar appointment via SMS.

The Nokia 2608 is expected to be available in the first quarter of 2009, in select CDMA markets outside the US.

Nokia introduced today a new addition to its premium Arte-series. The new Nokia 8800 Carbon Arte stays faithful to the family tradition, and the exquisite finish is yet again tinged with a touch of distinctive personality.

Nokia 8800 Carbon Arte is cast in the same mold as the Arte and the Sapphire Arte. The materials used are different this time, carbon fiber with etched 3D patterns dominating the exterior. And yes, it does remind us of the LG KF750 Secret’s battery cover too.

The new Nokia 8800 Carbon Arte will feature the turn-to-mute and tap-for time features that we got to know in the original Arte. Those use the built-in accelerometer to show the time by simply taping twice on the case or mute calls by turning it over. In fact, the only difference in functionality is the internal memory, which has grown to 4GB now.

Some of the other features of the Carbon Arte include a 3 megapixel auto focus camera, 2″ OLED screen with scratch resistant coating. There is also 3G support, as well as Bluetooth and microUSB on-board.

Nokia 8800 Carbon Arte will become available in the 3rd quarter of the year (meaning it’s got a month or so) at an estimated retail price of 1100 euro before subsidies or taxes. A wide range of exquisite accessories will ship with the handset. Well, with a price-tag like that they’d better do.
